Community Other Worldly

This is our building with the touch of our artists’ community, which gives this place its character. These snapshots are a small view of that personality that makes our spaces, studios, and common shared areas. We make our work here, we meet, we chat, we care for it together and our passions move through the building which gives these old red bricks the energy it deserves as we continue to exist in the midst of the changing and developing area that surrounds us.

Dedicated as a place where artists of different backgrounds make art a significant part of their life’s work. Inside a varying array of private studios, these spaces are all different and particular to the artists who occupy them.

These artistic tenants are the backbone of this area’s creative culture and in many ways a sort of neighborhood watch. Here, there aren’t many other related businesses that surround us, only recycling plants, stock show tenants, and the old Stockyard Saloon restaurant that has the best burgers and home-fries this side of North Denver. With the handful of professional artists practicing their craft here daily, it has become a beacon for creativity.
