WHERE
Elyria/Swansea neighborhood
Situated between these two neighborhoods just North of the city, it’s home to over twenty artist’s creative spaces. Blue Silo Studios sits atop a hill just north of i70 & Washington in Denver. A stone’s throw from the historic National Western Stock Show Arena.

ARTISTS
Today the building contains Fifteen unique private studios
where these very dedicated artists work and discover their creative voices. These artistic tenants are the backbone of this area’s creative culture, and in many ways a sort of neighborhood watch. If you want to know what’s going on, just ask an artist. With these professional artists practicing their craft here daily, it has become a beacon for creativity.

MAKE
Blue Silo is part of
Denver’s growing creative arts district; It has been for a long time now. The artists pull their inspiration from many areas nearby, including the recycling plants and trains that labor up and down the tracks every day. The squalling bellow of noise is a testament to this deepest of urban-industrial sights and sounds.
ART
Art is made here
by the many artists that have occupied the building both past and present. Making the studios the central part of their creative work-life.
HAPPEN
Our great artists’ community
gives this place its charm. This small view into the personality of Blue Silo makes our studios and common areas so interesting. We work here and we care for this place as a community. Our passion moves through this building, which gives these old bricks their character. Many artists have come and gone and sat in these old chairs.
